DAY 1 - Picton - Ships Cove to No Road Inn

 | Pick up from local accommodation. | |
| Boat cruise from Picton- A full commentary is given as we make our way along the Queen | |
| Charlotte Sound, before stopping to visit a protected, predator free island to see rare saddleback birds. October to April only otherwise all departures depart from Picton by boat at 9.30am. | ||
| Begin the walk at Ships Cove and learn about the historical and natural aspects of this | |
| area. | ||
| Fabulous 360 degree vistas as we walk amongst tree ferns and Nikau palms to our | |
| accommodation for this evening at No Road Inn, the Marlborough Sounds newest boutique, luxury lodge located beside Furneaux wharf, on the waters edge in Endeavour Inlet. | ||
| Take time to enjoy the outdoor private hot tub or walk up to see the 2000 year old native | |
| trees behind the lodge. Later that evening enjoy a glass of Marlborough wine with your evening meal. | ||
| Lunch, and a three course dinner, a glass of wine and private en-suite accommodation | |
| included. |
Day 2 - No Road Inn to Mahana Homestead

| After a relaxed breakfast we make our way around the bay to Mahana Homestead. | |
| Discover the fascinating mining history of this area. | |
| The highlight of this afternoons walk is the abundance of native bird life along this section | |
| of the track. We may even have the opportunity to meet one of New Zealand's cheekiest native birds, the Weka. | ||
| Optional sea kayaking trip, late afternoon. | |
| Tonights accommodation is in the recently refurbished, historic Mahana Homestead. | |
| Continental breakfast, lunch and a glass of wine with your evening meal included. | |
Day 3 - Mahana Homestead to Portage Resort
Approx walking time 7.5 hours

| Todays section of the track involves expansive ridge top walking with stunning views for | |
| the majority of the day. Considered the most challenging day of the trip yet extremely well rewarding. | ||
| For those that feel like a rest, the option of taking a water taxi to Portage Resort is | |
| available at no extra cost where you can indulge in a relaxing spa pool while enjoying the beautiful views. | ||
| Accommodation this evening in newly refurbished suites overlooking Kenepuru Sound. | |
| Breakfast, lunch, and a glass of wine with your three course evening meal included. | |

Day 4 - Portage Resort to Anakiwa

| After another filling breakfast in the well appointed restaurant we set out for our final | |
| destination, Anakiwa. | ||
| A mixture of established native beech trees and regenerating forest makes up todays | |
| walk. Lunch today is served from a look out point with breathtaking views before making our way to the end of the track. | ||
| Once we arrive in Anakiwa, our water taxi will be waiting to take us back to Picton where | |
| we return around 4.30pm. | ||
| Breakfast, lunch and transport back to your Picton accommodation included. | |
