Fernview Cottage is a beautifully restored historic villa with large, spacious rooms
and a private guest lounge. Built in the early 1900's, It is nestled in a private and
peaceful part of the seaside town of Picton overlooking a large domain with native
forest views, it is also a stones throw from Picton's picturesque marina.
Owned and operated by Carlie and Greg. Both have had many years working in
the hospitality and tourism industry here in New Zealand as well as abroad.
The continental breakfast consists of homemade breads/ croissants, jams and
spreads, muesli, cereals, yogurt, seasonal fruit and a selection of tea's and fresh
coffee, the perfect way to start the day!
We are only a ten minute walk from Picton's restaurants and shops, the short
walk takes you through the marina and over a pedestrian bridge which allows
stunning views over Picton harbour.
If you are walking the Queen Charlotte Track, Fernview Cottage is a great place to
stay before and after the walk.
