We do not require a deposit and full payment is processed seven days prior to a walk departure.
Please note: Additional costs not included in the guided and unguided packages are any extra water taxi transfers that
guests may take from lodge to lodge if they do not choose to walk or bike a particular section of the track and any drinks
that guests may have at the lodges. Drinks such as wine, beer, soft drink, espresso coffee can be purchased at the
lodges by either credit card or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment required 7 days prior to all trip departures.
Outside of 28 days: NZ$100 fee applies
28-7 days a 50% refund will be given
Within 7 days: No refund given.
Minimum Numbers
Guided Walks - A minimum of four guests is necessary for a guided walk to depart. If minimum numbers are not
reached it will then, at our discretion become an unguided walk package.
Unguided Walks and Mountain Biking packages - A minimum of two is required for an unguided walk to depart.
Luggage Size Limit
The lodge managers along with the water taxi company request that you limit your overnight luggage to one
suitcase/bag per person with a maximum of 15kg's per item for both the guided and unguided walks and mountain
biking.
